Place cold water from the fridge and extract with machine or papper towel, then grab Bi-Carb SODA and spread over the stain if you have a toothbrush use it to move the powder arround.
After a few minutes remove with vacuum or papper towel, then put some minerl water and brush it again.
This will activate the blood and you might have a small window of opportunity to clear the stain.

This must be done on a warm day, you can apply some lavender oil to enhance the smell.
